Delivery Information
Orders received by 12pm are usually dispatched that same day (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). We use a number of different couriers depending on parcel size/weight, order value and destination.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves us. Please allow extra time during busy periods.
Returns Policy
If something’s not quite right, returning your WALX gear is simple and stress-free. You have 30 days to return your order, or part of your order back to us for a refund or an exchange. Please return your order using the postal or courier service of your choice to the below address:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
